Christmas Bandanas for Pets
When it comes to getting my pets in the holiday spirit, bandannas are my go to accessory. They are easy, inexpensive and most pets don’t mind wearing them.
And you have a few options for getting Christmas bandanas for your pet– Buy a regular bandana made for people. Just fold, tie and your pet is set. Buy a holiday bandana made just for pets. This will give you more sizes and holiday patterns to choose from and some have the convenience of slipping right over a collar. Or you could make your own bandana. This is super easy! You can find a huge variety of holidays patterns at the fabric store. Using pinking shears to cut or Fray Check on the cut edges to keep the fabric from fraying. Or use fleece fabric and just cut, tie and go for quick holiday style.
Christmas Collars And Accessories for Pets
Another easy way to get your pet spiffy is with holiday collars and accessories. What can be easier than putting a Christmas collar on your dog and cat? Or you could clip a holiday tag on their collar. For something a little fancier, add a bowtie, flower or another cute collar attachment. For the real fashionista , a holiday ribbon collar is the way to go.
Holiday Headwear for Pets
It wouldn’t be Christmas without Santa hats making an appearance. But Santa hats for pets aren’t the only headwear game in town. From elf ears to mistletoe, our critters can put their best head forward.
The Pet Faves dogs were lucky to recieve Zoo Snoods to get their holiday spirit going. What’s a Zoo Snood? It’s knit hood that covers your dog’s ears and neck. People who show dogs use snoods to keep long ears out of water and mud. Zoo Snoods add a cute twist by coming in a variety of animals like the Deer Zoo Snood my crew wore to be reindeer. They are real cute!
Dress Up Holiday Outfits For Pets
Remember when your mom used to make you dress up in your holiday best. Now we get to carry on the tradition with our pets. From Christmas casual to holiday formal, there is something for every pet.
The Ugly Christmas Sweater tradition has made it to the pet set with ugly Christmas sweaters for pets. After all, why should humans have all the fun.
Not every Christmas sweater for pets is ugly. Your pet can look simply jolly in a holiday sweater or jacket featuring reindeer, ornaments, and snowmen. And for that extra special flair, you and your dog can match!
Sometimes you have to dress up for the occasion and Christmas is a big occasion. Whether wearing a majestic cape, an elegant dress, or beautiful jacket your pet will shine brighter than the lights on the tree.
For The Pet Who Doesn’t Like To Get Dressed Up
Some pets don’t like to get dressed up and that’s okay. As pet parents, we need to respect that.
But that doesn’t mean we can include them in our holiday fun. Using a program like PicMonkey makes it easy to add those fun Christmas touches. My niece’s parakeet, Baby, is all ready for Christmas day after I Christmasified his photo.
