I really didn’t know chinchillas until I became a chin parent. KeeKeeDee joined my family and I discovered all the little things that make chinchillas chinchillas. From those cute ears to the darling tail, you just can’t help falling in love with them. If you are like me that love takes over a lot of different areas of your life and you can’t help showing that love to everyone.

Who knew chinchillas came in a bunch of colors? Not me. At least not before I adopted KeeKee and began learning about chins. From what I’ve read she is a Mosaic, white with grey marking. Some great ideas in here. We chinchilla-sit our neighbors chinchilla, Pepper, when they go out of town. I was surprised by how sweet and interactive they are. Pepper loves rolling around in her exercise ball all around the house. Maybe your next post can be gift ideas for the chinchilla. 🙂
